| CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill., Jan 21, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR): DIVIDEND The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.15 per share. The payment date is February 24, 2010, to stockholders of record as of February 3, 2010. FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL There will be a conference call on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. CST to discuss AptarGroup's fourth quarter and annual results for 2009. AptarGroup plans to announce its fourth quarter and annual results on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
